The SIP 100 Pump ia An Air Operated Pump. It is Suitable for
Cement Injection, As an Pneumatically operated unit, it can
be installed at any Place, without any trouble and it is fully
safe to use.
It is basically designed for Cement ggrouts & water based
Binder. Where low volume, but high pressure is wanted. The major
attraction of SIP 100 is its portablity, due to light weight,
yet it is rugged enough to withstand the normal mines handling.
It also produce a high pressure for sprating. This Pump Can
be used in Special Appplication Where time is of essence, also
it is very easy to maintain, Due to very few screws. |

Application (Mines) |
1. Roof Bolting & Cable Grouting Fully Grouted Bolts &
anchors installed by pregrouting or post injection.
2. Long hole grouting from 3m to 20m, can be injected with cementitious
or other mixer (Water based resins etc.) in ratio
from 1 : 0.00 up to 1 : 2.
3. Ventilation control by spraying on to walls and prefabricated
meshes.
4. Injection of Grouts - set props with a modification to produce
high pressure setting up to 500 PSI. |
